CWA Community Mask Label No.181361
We are happy to share this good news with our partners that BBN Medical has received the CWA Community Mask label for quality approved. Thanks to all the staff especially material developers who have been working hard on this project, and now we are happy to present you the latest and our second reusable mask: Community Mask.
According to the CWA 17533:2020 endorsed by CEN members of European Countries, the community mask should meet the minimum requirements in three catalogs:
- Particle filtration efficiency: FE ≥ 70% at a particle size of 3 micrometer
These textile-technological tests according to EN and ISO standards ensure reusability:
– Color fastness to perspiration (ISO 105-E04)
– Color fastness to saliva (DIN 53160-1)
– Dimensional change on washing < +/-10% (EN ISO 3759 / 5077 / 6330)
– ≥ 5 wash cycles at ≥ 60°C
– pH-value according ISO 3071 (in rage of 4.0 - 7.5)
– Formaldehyde (free and partially releasable) according JIS L-1041 (not exceed 16mg/kg)
– Cleavable cancers genie aryl-amines according EN 14362-1 and/or EN 14362-3 and shall be ≤ 20mg/kg

This community mask is a 3 layer structures as well and it’s flat as disposable masks which combine both disposable and reusable’ s advantages as in one with more protection efficiency for both human and Earth. Moreover, with the customized printing masks demand have raised these days, our community mask with printing is also certified by Standard 100 OEKO-TEX in Class II, Appendix 6 about harmful chemical objects.
